My ferritin level amd b12 too low.. earlier dr prescribed iforu iron tablet and m-strong b12 but after taking both I had severe indigestion problem so now dr prescribed livogen and metneurobion od so are these tablets good... helpin tendency people kindly google the tablet compositon, am from india... so u might not know these tablets I think ... And what typeof iron tablet to take ? Ferrous fumarate is correct ?

I am sorry you've had severe indigestion which would have been very painful.
