Missing posts

I haven't received any posts from Thyroid UK since 11 Feb. Not sure what has happened. Advice welcome. Many thanks

Ann_g_k,

Click on your avatar and select Settings. Scroll down to Digests and make sure "Email me a daily summary of what's new in my communities" is checked.

If it is already checked then you need to email [e-mail] and ask them why you're not receiving emails.

I'm following up on this posting as I've now sent two messages to the support email but have not had any response. This means I'm still not receiving the daily digest, despite the fact the settings are correct.

I'm not sure what to do next.

Is there a Plan B?

Hi Clutter, I should point out that I've replied (here and below) as AmandaK, which is the other account I have. I've not had posts for this account either.
