Blood results
Natasha04W,
TSH 1.1 is low-normal and excludes primary hypothyroidism. There are no lab ref ranges with your results so I can't tell whether T4 14 is low or high in range (ranges vary from area to area) but it's not flagged abnormal so your thyroid results are euthyroid (normal) and don't indicate thyroid dysfunction.
Folate 1.7 is flagged as abnormal so it is almost certainly deficient and your GP needs to prescribe 5mg folic acid.
Globulin 36 is flagged as abnormal but without the range I can't tell whether it is high or low abnormal.
Red blood cell count is also flagged as abnormal. Again there is no range to say whether it is high or low normal.
MCHC also flagged as abnormal.
Thank you - the Dr is phoning on Monday so hopefully he can prescribe something
Oh okays thank you
You might want to consider getting Thyroid antibodies tested.
Also vitamin D
Ask GP if they will test
If not get private tests

Or if need thyroid antibodies and FT3 tested
Medichecks or Blue Horizon are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
You can test vitamin levels at same time if required
