Help needed I've had underactive thyroid for 25 yrs

I started taking t3 about 2 months ago but very gradually 1/2 grain along with 100mcg

My TSH is 4.7

My T4 is 12.4

My drs have said to increase thyroxine by 25mcg they know I'm on t3

Just to add my ferritin levels are 6 (UK)

And iron levels are 10.7 (UK) symptoms are pica and restless leg 🤬

Much better to use t3 and t4 not nth and t4. This way you get better control over the ratio of t4 to t3.

You need more t4 and prob a bit of t3.

1/2 grain = 4.5 t3 and 18 t4

So you are taking 118 t4 and 4.5 t3
