I do ginger water kefir and am allergic to The Archers (self diagnosed ) in fact I get very cardiovascular in rushing to the radio to turn it off/over when those first annoying notes erupt...

I took make my own coconut water kefir. I consider it just as important as any Thyroid replacement, it's a life saver!

Change to classical music instead.. a little Debussy does it for me!

I'm actually a fairly tolerant person of people's foibles (or furry balls as we call them in my house)... but that laugh just really grates!
