Hi posted last week about vit d blood result showing deficiency.

As from advice from this site about checking calcium went to my gp

Am now having a blood test to check calcium level and have been given

a prescription to begin on results of calcium blood test. Colecalciferol

20,000 unit capsules 2 capsules once a week for 7 weeks. Then a blood test

To see vit d level.

Important to take co-factors - Magnesium and VitK2-MK7 - when taking high dose VitD.

My container mentions 2 tabs per day of 100 mcg. I take just one !
