I thought being hypo may require higher dose.

So currently I take 300mg at night.

It's early days yet, fingers crossed. 💖

Different types of magnesium have slightly different dose suggestions. Ibis a magnesium citrate powder and the amount of magnesium per "serving" is 350mg. Generally it's between about 350-450.
