You have very high thyroid antibodies indicating you have autoimmune thyroid disease which is where your own immune system is attacking your thyroid and basically slowly killing it off. This can cause unstable results at first due to thyroid hormone being dumped in your blood as it's damaged.
You can try a gluten free diet to help lower them. Selenium and good diet also help. You should get vitamin levels looked at as likely deficient
Have you been diagnosed as hypothyroid and on Levothyroxine?
Do you also have TSH, FT4 and FT3 blood test results and ranges?
TPO is well above 34
TG well above 115
So your antibodies are very high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's
Essential to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.
Always get actual results and ranges. Post results when you have them, members can advise
Hashimoto's affects the gut and leads to low stomach acid and then low vitamin levels
Low vitamin levels affect Thyroid hormone working
Poor gut function can lead leaky gut (literally holes in gut wall) this can cause food intolerances. Most common by far is gluten
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
But don't be surprised that GP or endo never mention gut, gluten or low vitamins. Hashimoto's is very poorly understood
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies
Ask GP for coeliac blood test first along with vitamin tests
Persistent low vitamins with supplements suggests coeliac disease or gluten intolerance

Anti-bodies show autoimmune thyroiditis. Pituitary problems are suspected when you have low normal TSH, low Free t4 and low free t3 at the same time, and are diagnosed either by MRI or CT scan, or testing other hormones too.
