I was diagnosed less than a year ago and and pleased to say I've just enjoyed a week's skiing I think it's only been possible due to all the excellent advise and support on this site and if I hadn't found it I'm sure I would be stuck on 100mcg of levo and unwell having an existence instead of living!

I'm just over a year - spent my birthday in 2017 in bed. This year had a long haul holiday and coped with jet lag better than a few years ago when undiagnosed.
