How long off supplements to saliva cortisol test?

Saliva cortisol testing, I see so many theories on this. I would really like to see where I at. I feel like something has change since 6 weeks ago. Is being off everything for 24 hours enough time? I only have been taking cortex morning and noon and Seriphos at night. Some herbals to help with sleep. Valerian, passionflower, lemon Balm. I don't want to waste a test but at the same time, I will be starting progesterone soon and I know that can definitely skew a test.
