I need help. My latest result shows that my T4 is 0.4 and TSH, High-sensitivity is 22.3 and my T3 is 5.3. I am also feeling very miserable. Any kind of advice would be very appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to the forum, Nebiyugebe.
TSH 22.3 means you are overtly hypothyroid. You haven't included lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after results) so I can't tell whether T4 0.4 is good or bad.
How much Levothyroxine have you been prescribed?

Has your doctor diagnosed you as being Hypothyroid. He should have as TSH is well over range at 22.3.
Have you gone back to see your doctor with these results as he should start you on a 50mcg dose of levothyroxine.
You should have a 25mcg increase every six weeks following a blood test and until you feel much better and blood results improve.
You should also have B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate checked. Deficiencies also cause problems.
Blood tests have always to be at the very earliest, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and test and take it afterwards. This helps keep TSH at its highest as doctors can adjust unnecessarily.
Always get a print-out of your blood tests from now on and post with the ranges if you have a query. Ranges are important and we cannot respond without the ranges. These are the figures in brackets after the results.
Are you sure you have the results the right way round? Please check and then edit your post and give the ranges also. What country are you from?
