back on track with a 3 1/2 lb loss and slimmer of the week

28th december gained 3 lb

1st january lost 1/2 lb

i did expect a gain last night as not been well so was in shock when i lost

i was over the moon, i said to the girl weighing me 'be nice to me' and i couldnt work out the weight due to brain fog

she looked at me and said 3 1/2 off i was like what the........

id had a pretty bad week too as not been shopping much so was eating what we had, also when i was on the hydrocortisone cream it must have increased my suspected high cortisol more and made me so hungry
