next weigh in is due christmas day but slimming world not open so ill be weighing on the 28th at another group run by consultant

26 weeks and 2 stone 10 lb lighter

it will be hard but im getting to know what i can and cant eat with the diabetes

so ill be avoiding chocolate and lots of puddings (will have a small pudding)

im not sure where ive lost the weight but my son has said he can see it (hes my consultant and no i dont get treated any better than anyone else, while in group im Mandy and a paying member lol)
