Do you have any other test results? TSH, FT4 and FT3 for example
What's your symptoms and a bit more background would help
You have raised antibodies and therefore Hashimoto's disease. You will likely have Vitamin depletion. Have you had blood testst to check levels of Iron, ferritin, folate, Vit B12, Vit D. They are all likely to be low as your gut absorption is likely to be poor and therefore you should avoid gluten.
Hashi's means you will go up and down as your thyroid is attacked and execss hormone dumped in your system.
Gluten free helps reduce these attacks. Most docs and Endos do not concern themselves with antibodies or gluten. That's why this site is a life changer. It was for me.
