I have.

They're good replacement if you don't like to eat liver. It's just liver in a pill. They smell a little like fish food and are big.

They won't reduce your iron deficiency like if you'd taken high strength iron pills I.e 210mg. But they don't have side effects like proper iron pills.

I think they're good for iron and energy maintenance only rather than eliminating anaemia.

Thanks for that trelemorle, I won’t bother trying it if they are big because I can’t manage big pills.

I don’t mind eating liver, and I’ve been buying Asda’s liver and mash lately.

I used to prepare raw liver myself but have gone off the idea now because my husband doesn’t want to eat it any more. x
