Help needed

Below I have attached my blood results from latest bloods I have a diagnose of under active thyroid pernicious anemia low Iron and low Vid D I am on life long medication for all of these I take 175mg thyroxine B12 Injections every 8 weeks 2 ferrous fumarate daily and 2 but D tablets daily

I feel so exhausted my muscle ache and I feel like I have trained in a gym for hours on end they hurt my legs are whit painful

I am wondering if a have a absorbing problem

Anybody got any ideas

It does rather look like an absorption problem, yes. That TSH is amazingly high considering your dose.

So, how do you take your levo? On an empty stomach, at least one hour before eating or drinking anything other than water; at least 2 hours away from other medication and supplements; four hours away from iron, calcium, vit D and oestrogen; six hours away from magnesium?
