For full evaluation you ideally need TSH, FT4, FT3, TT4, TPO and TG antibodies, plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested
Assuming you are in the U.K.
See if you can get full thyroid and vitamin testing from GP. Unlikely to get FT3
Private tests are available

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results

Thanks i have had TSH FT3FT4 REVERSE T3 AND SOME OTHER TESTS BUT THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS SHOWING THE REAL PICTURE ....I DO NOT LIVE IN THE UK I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA
How do you know they're not showing the real picture? Why don't you post the results here, with the ranges, and let's have a look.
When you have blood test for thyroid hormones, do you fast (you can drink water) and have the earliest possible appointment? If not your results may be skewed. If you were taking thyroid hormones you'd allow a gap between last dose and test and take afterwards.

NO IT
WAS NOT FASTING TEST
Next time, for all thyroid hormone testing, make sure it is a fasting test as eating will reduce your TSH (as will taking thyroid hormones before it) and may mean the difference between getting an increase or not.
THANK YOU I WILL INSIST ON A FASTING TEST FOR MY THYROID TESTS
Or could be a pituitary problem like Cushings.
WILL CHECK IT OUT... I DO HAVE HISTORY OF ENCEPHALITIS BUT THAT WAS IN LATE 1970'S AND HAVE HAD RECENT BRAIN MRI ....NO VARIATION TO PREVIOUS MRI ...BUT THANK YOU FOR YOUR IMPUT....WAS EVEN THINKING ADRENAL FATIGUE .HAVE BEEN THROUGH MASSIVE STRESS SO THAT IS NOT ANY GOOD RE HEALTH ...
