Ft4 is at the top of the range, so your tank is full so to speak. TSH is lower, but still working and not suppressed.

It would be nice to see what the FT3 levels are like.

You have had your thyroid removed so i think it would be a good idea to introduce some T3. Very often T4 only will not get you fully well, especially as the thyroid has been removed.

Can you buy some T3 on the net where you live, or will the doctor give you some ?

Have you looked into your vitamin and mineral levels. It helps if these are optimised.

Yes, there is a Cyprus based supplier and she supplies Tiromel which is Turkish T3, makes me think she may either be based in Northern Cyprus or obtains it from there. I've not used that supplier so don't know if it is actually despatched from N. Cyprus although I assume it is.

Joannagof1,

You can order T3 online but first find a lab to check your FT3 in addition to TSH and FT4.

marsaday makes a great point . I had TT 24 years ago and being dosed on T4 only was not working well for me . Adding a low dose T3 or NDT made a terrific difference . I felt myself again . Our thyroids once made T3 and T4 now our thyroids come from a bottle . Nutrients are extremely important to make our thyroid meds work better for us .
