My test came back with TSH at 13 and T3 and T4 were in the normal range. They increased my thyroid medication and now I have heart palpitations and breathless. Not sure if that’s coming from the low thyroid or is it coming from increasing my meds? Any feedback would be awesome as I’m not sure whether I should go back to my normal meds or increase

High TSH, normal T3 and T4
It would be helpful if you could post your blood results with the ranges and also what dose of medication your were on and what you now take in order to give any meaningful response.
Jaywill,
You were very undermedicated to have TSH 13 while taking Levothyroxine. Palpitations are common symptoms of undermedication. How much was dose increased?
Do you know if you have high thyroid antibodies? This is Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease
If not been tested ask that they are
Also have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested?
If these are too low they can cause symptoms in own right and/or upset Thyroid, stopping thyroid hormones work well. Then can get mix of hyper and hypo type symptoms
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results
