Adrenal thoughts if have see saw corisol

Hi

Has anyone please had cortisol results where it see saws through out the day ( maybe over range when high, like mine)

Just wondering if you've had good results with any products to even it out, apart from the natural lifestyles ways of cause

Although I want to do redo the test, as was in July, the report said it showed stress levels

Symptoms of fatigue 👎🏻 The Nutri Adrenal max I notice has adrenalin in it, therefore is it unwise to take as have two high readings out of range, the highest at bedtime

It helps members advise if you post the results and ranges. I don't see how you can successfully treat high cortisol levels without affecting low or normal levels too, but I don't know much about cortisol.

I suggest you write a new post including the results and ranges.

Yes my thoughts exactly! Il ask the man himself if I can!

......With respect I've never had replies when I've put cortisol on, I thought in this case it was enough to say the second and fourth were high and out of the top Range and the first and third were in range, showing 'stressed adrenals' on the report

Il have to get educated more, it's very slow steps with me but moving forwards x
