Request treatment for Hashimoto

I 'm looking for treatment for hypothyrodie, Hashimoto that doesn't include lactose but which also increases my T3. I suffer From auto immune arthritis in my fingers plus allergies plus Hashimoto. I would like to eradicate the inflammation which is permanent for me. I've already adopted à non Gluten diet, non lactose est lots of vegetables, fruit, so what else can I do? Can anyone suggest an open minded doctor to help me find the solution, dietrary or other natural means

Teva Levothyroxine is lactose free. There are also German lactose free Levothyroxine brands in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/treatm...
