Can anyone please advise what i should do? I feel absolutely grim constantly and i'm only 21. My GP seems to think that nothing is wrong since most of my results are within the ranges....

Thanks

It doesnt like like you have hashimotos thyroid issues as your antibodies are below range. Your thyroid levels are low but within range. The only thing striking is the low Vit D which can be supplemented easily. Others will be along to comment shortly.

Your extremely low Vit D is what strikes me and your gp should be doing something about it immediately. Seaside Susie on here gives really god info about what you need to do to treat such a low result. If GP offers 800IU of Vit D you will know just how useless they are. You probably need a loading dose of at least 10,000 IU or 20, 000, but Seaside |Susie will put you right.

Ferritin also very low and needs supplementing .... Ferritin is stored iron in the liver.

Vitamin B12 and folate are not brilliant either.

This link suggests that low vitamin D changes the gut biome and then upsets B vitamins

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Your GP wouldn't prescribe anything for B12 or folate as they are in range

But vitamin D is extremely low and needs loading dose to correct

Ferritin is too low

Once you get these corrected, wait two or three months and then retest everything
