Tsh .55 range .33-4.0
Ft4 11 9-19
T3 1.2 1.2-2.7
Ft3 3.3 3.1-6.2
Feeling exhausted. Dr will only look at fact that everything is within range because nothing is actually flagged.

Are you diagnosed and on Thyroid replacement hormone (Levothyroxine)
Or trying to get diagnosed
See different GP
For full evaluation you ideally need TSH, FT4, FT3, TT4, TPO and TG antibodies, plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested
See if you can get full thyroid and vitamin testing from GP. Unlikely to get FT3
Private tests are available

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results

Thanks for info. I’m going to go talk to my GP again. Not diagnosed but feel my levels although within range are suspect of something. What do you think?
I think you should suggest to your doctor that he considers Central Hypothyroidism, where the problem is not with the thyroid itself, but with the pituitary or the hypothalamus.
Your pituitary is obviously not secreting enough TSH to stimulate your thyroid to make more hormone, although your T3 is very low in range - and it is, of course, low T3 that causes symptoms. There are test that can be done to see how well your pituitary is functioning, but your GP cannot do them, he needs to refer you to an endo.
I would advise you to read up a bit on Central Hypo before you see your doctor, so that you know what you're talking about, and not get fobbed off.
Sewardbound,
F4 and FT3 are low in range and TSH is low-normal so results are 'normal'. NHS won't diagnose hypothyroidism until TSH is >4.0 or FT4 <9.0.
You've said vitamins are normal. 'Normal' is a broad range so they may not be optimal. Can you post the results and ranges?
Sorry don’t have vitamin results with me but will post later. Just thinking t3 syndrome possibly
I’m in Canada by the way
