I am currently very hypothyroid on T3 from Germany. I have Doctors overseeing me and I have valid prescriptions. I would like to try the T3 from Turkey or Greece this year. I need an online company that will mail to Spain. I had the best results from a Compounding Pharmacy in Southern Africa but I had a great deal of shipments confiscated (even with the prescription attached). I know T3 from the USA is supposed to be good but it is so expensive.

If you feel hypo on German T3 you are probably undermedicated. How much T3 are you taking and what are your recent TSH, FT4 and FT3 results and ranges?
Greek T3 Uni-Pharma is in short supply and many Greeks now have to present a prescription to get it. If you are offered it online be wary and double check that the supplier has stock of Uni-Pharma as one is substituting an alternative brand.
There should be no problem getting Turkish Tiromel.
Thank you so much for your reply, I always have pretty good ranges on all labs regardless of whether I am hypo or not besides B12, D3, selenium and reverse T3 on T4. Was just on Naturthroid for the past year at the insistence of my Dr in Miami (I wanted it to work too, easy to get, cheap, all components T1,T2,T3 etc) gained 40 pounds and labs looked good.
I have tried all doses of the Thybon, liothyronine sodium. From 20mcg a day to 20 mcg every 4 hours, tapering up and down to be safe.
Do you have a reputable place for Turkish Tiromel? I am only a 7 hour flight away from there and thought of just flying there for a years supply but was not sure on their rules or my current country in bringing a years supply in even with a prescription, so better to do by mail.
If you know of one that people have had good luck with I would appreciate the website.
Thank you for asking. This was about a year ago with 1 day off of thyroid before the test. I think this was on T3.
TSH- 5.02 (High) (4.0-6.4 miu/dl)
T3 FREE- 2.5 (2.3-4.2 pq per ml)
T4 FREE- 0.7 (Low) (0.8-1.8 ng/dl
Thyroglobulin Antibodies- 33 (High) less than or equal to 1 IU/ml
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies- 1 (less than 9 IU/ml
I weighed about 170 pounds on South African Compounded T3 the year before and after a year on Naturthroid weigh 210. I also did well on a T3 from a Dr in California.
Whatever medication you were taking a year ago you were undermedicated to have TSH 5.02. FT3 2.5 was low in range. Most people taking NDT or T3 only need FT3 3.55 - 4.2.
What thyroid medication and what dose are you taking now?
You need regular thyroid tests when you change dose or medication to guide your dosing.
Thyroglobulin antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
I really appreciate all of the comments and will answer asap but am trying to find a reputable place for Tiromel. I am very hypo on Thybon which is a shame because I have a years supply right now.
