Help please. These are my results as of this week but I still feel terrible. I’m suffering with thinning hair/ nails, fatigue (not waking up until 10 most mornings!), brain fog, irritability, low mood swings. Easier to say what I’ve not got on the list one being no weight gain although for my diet I should be much thinner.
Since April’s results my antibodies have risen from 40 but my TSH has gone up from 0.9 and my T3/T4 also risen. I’m not sure my Dr will take any action on these results but I feel worse now than then even though they are now more in the normal range. My CRP of 4 is a worry too as I have a balanced diet, very little processed food, hardly any sugar as I stopped eating cakes/biscuits a long time back and I have lots of exercise. (I would thoroughly recommend yoga especially when stressed, small classes are so nice).
My best friend now telling me in the nicest way I should get myself together, enjoy my life and wait until results are on my side and stop obsessing about my thyroid. All the time I’m thinking my CRP is higher than it should be and I don’t know how to fix it I’m 61 and don’t want to have heart disease or go on statins.
I’m thinking maybe I should address the problem with diet and supplements any advice would be good.

Don't worry, the results are there. I am not qualified to comment on them, but I am sure some others will.
I am sorry that your friend cannot offer more support. It is incredibly hard to others to understand what we are going through, day after day. Perhaps you might suggest she take a look at The Spoon Theory, by Christine Miserandino? I'm sure you know it, but here's a link: butyoudontlooksick.com/arti....
No, it's me! lol The photo is there, I just somehow zapped it out.
Anyway, you do need an increase in dose. But, more importantly, your doctor needs to do something about your vit d and ferritin, because they are really dire and need immediate action! You are severely Vit D deficient, so it's not surprising you don't feel well!
Thanks grey goose, but I’m not on any medication, Drs tried to give me antidepressants last time I brought it up as my levels were all in range! I declined.
I’m taking vit D as I’ve osteoporosis, not badly, but on a yearly infusion..current dose is 800, what’s a safe dose, anyone know?
When I say all in range, they were on the low side and Dr hadn’t asked for antibodies check. So I got a private test done and the surgery said everything was fine and to get retested next March. In April my TPAs were 40 so they are climbing steadily. I take probiotics for my tummy and been on lots of antibiotics for recurrent bladder infections. So have just ordered a new batch along with Vit D.
They look normal limits apart from the very bottom one thats higher has a star indecator showing its rasised hopefully ur gp will rule out more test if ur worried x
