I am not sure how to add 2 photographs at the same time - so apologies for 2 messages.

Mantras131,

Urea and electrolytes and Liver function are within range (normal) and I commented earlier on TSH and FT4.

Personal details are visible again so I'm removing the image of the results.

Others will respond on the other results. I will comment upon the TSH and the aim is a TSH of 1 or below.

The Free T4 is too low and the aim is towards the upper part of the range. I note no FT3 was taken and that's often the case although it would be more beneficial to have both FT4 and FT3. I will give you a link and you can see why both are necessary although if you are in the UK neither are thought to be of use by most of the medical profession.

Thanks Shaws - If she isn's successful with her GP this week (and so far she has been very helpful) I'll arrange for a full blood test.

In the UK I understand most doctors believe that only TSH and T4 are necessary.

Tick off her symptoms and show to GP - it may not make a difference to him/her but I hope so.
