Houndy,
B12 is a little low, 1,000 is optimal. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin. Folate is low so you could supplement 400mcg folic acid or methylfolate for 2-3 months to raise levels.
It's too difficult reading sidewise. If any of your full blood count is out of range this link will explain what it might mean labtestsonline.org/understa...

Hi Clutter- Just bought Methylcobalamin 1000 ug and Folate (as Metafolin) 400ug. Hope that second one is the right thing. I will take them for the 30 days and see if I can spot any difference.
Just as a side issue I started taking Glucosamine Sulphate and that has definitely improved the aches and pains.
Houndy,
You're not likely to have any improvement in under 8 weeks.
Thanks- I will get another bottle when this one runs out. I need to stick with it as I am good at starting things and giving up if I don't see quick improvement. How come it takes so long?
Many thanks Clutter- I will try both those supplements thanks- I will see if I can re post the documents when I have figured out how to turn them round.
