some observations I wanted to share.

I like to observe things and about thyroid I have noticed a great deal of improvement in my health since our central heating broke down. My hypothisis is that some cooler air on a morning helps to gently stimulate the thyroid. I don think we are supposed to have a constant temperture. I think central heating make the thyroid sluggish.

My second thought is this that papatations when taking t3 might well be good for the heart occasionally. Good exercise and an indication of a good strong beat. My pulse used to be really thready it feel like the pulse I had a as a 18 year old tonight.

Yes i tend to agree with your theory as soon as my daughter goes to school and hubby off to work- i turn all the heating off and let the cool air in, once 3pm comes heating goes back on ready for my daughter to come home. I find it helps me.😊

I wish my wife would agree when I feel like a boiled fowl with the CH on, and she still complains of being cold. And as for cool air, don't ask! Here I'm the cool Icelander in harmony with the air, and she's wrapped up to the nines.

Mandyjane,

Members have often commented how much better they feel holidaying in hot countries. I'm with them. I feel a lot better when I'm warm.

Thanks Clutter. I think it is a variation thats important and not being too constant. This would I suppose be the same in hot countrys. I havent noticed hot countrys make much difference to me but holidays generally make me feel a bit better.
