Thanks for your interest. I do not have thyroid problems. I don't understand why I've been put in that group. I've been informed that my ferritin level is a bit high and would like to know what I should avoid in my diet
I agree with SlowDragon. However, if your "ferritin level is a bit high" did you have your saturation rate (TIBC) etc. measured to rule out haemochromatosis?
