12 hs vs 24 hs Labs :(

High guys. I screwed it up. Tomorrow it will be my regular 6 months thyroid test around 9:45 am, and I forgot to take my two grains of NDT 12 hrs for my tomorrow test. :( I normally take my pills in the morning so that's what I did today automatically without thinking, forgotting I had to wait until 10 pm. it means that I will have a span of 25.45 min instead of 12 hs. I am worry because I have had completely results records 24hs vs 12hs with the very SAME dosage, so I don't want different numbers that make my stupid and stubborn Endo to change my medication again for my mistake. He doesn't believe in the 24hs vs 12 hs difference. For him it's the same "BS". (I hate him but he accepted to prescribe ntd anyway. sigh!). I can't change my lab test date since my Dr. app. it's next week otherwise it'll jump it out for another 6 months. So I wonder if I should take at least one grain or the two in one go at 10 am. in despite I already did it at 8 a.m today? or it's better to leave it like that? What do you think???

Thank you in advance.

If it were me, I would leave it. If anything he'll prescribe you more medication as you might look underdosed so it's not likely to be a problem because you can always take less than prescribed.
