Back from ultrasound scan on thyroid.

Hi all ive got back from my ultrsound scan this morning and it was painless and only a slight bit of discomfort on the front area. Sonographer did not say much at all, a woman with little words!! I did ask if she picked up on something but she said " sorry results back to doctor in around 7 days. Worth a try.😊 just wanted to tell you guys of my experience.😊

Mine was a bit more chatty, but I was grilling him and my husband was in the room so I think he felt obliged to answer my questions. He said he couldn't find the lump, but he pressed on a painful area. He thought it was a muscle. He did say my thyroid gland is 'very small', which is what I have always expected after years of not being diagnosed with Hashi's and offered treatment. It confirmed me suspicions anyway. Glad yours went OK.

Yes went ok, i can talk tbe hind leg of a donkey but this woman, em very jobsworth i think. Next one please!!
