Anyone with sleep problems. I would just like to make them aware of the Ashwaganda and my experience of it.

Dr Peatfield also recommends this in his book.

I have taken this in the past, but never last thing at night.

Well, since taking it I've had a beautiful sleep and Ive slept straight through until the morning, which is highly unusual for me.

I take Swansons......Very pleased. I just hope it lasts fingers crossed.

Certainly. I take 1 tablet ( 1/2 he before bed). which has 450 of pure ashwagandha root in it....It's supposed to calm down the adrenal gland..... I'm hoping this will stop my hair from coming out.

I take ashwagandha root-450mg at night for sleep.Thanks for sharing with us.

where do you get the Swansons Ashwaghanda ? I have been taking Solgars Ashwaghanda for ages and it suits me, but it's only 300mg of the root.

I haven't taken it at night, but I will as I get palpitations in the night which debilitate me the next morning. But hearing of your night time success I'd really like to get hold of the Swansons.

Please let me know ?

Hello.

I buy it on line (just google cheapest ashwaghanda by Swansons).

Solgars a good make though.

I think a lot of Americans use Swansons.

Thanks for coming back to me,

I'm definitely going to give Ashwaghanda a go tonight. On my bottle of capsules though it says to take at mealtimes. Do you have something to eat before taking your night time dose ?
