There are several brands of NDT on the market. Some are more easily available in some countries than others. People in the US often get Armour Thyroid. People in the UK often get Nature Throid, WP Thyroid or Westhroid, or else buy in Thyroid-S or Thiroyd from Thailand. There are a few others too I think. If you only need a low dose or object to pig-source products then you can get Thyro-Gold which is sourced from beef cattle. There are no vegetarian options, since plants don't have a thyroid gland.

They vary in cost quite a bit, but I haven't heard of any of them being less reliable than others for alleviating symptoms. Google is your friend when it comes to sourcing them. I think thiroyd is the cheapest, but I haven't bought it for a year or two so I might be wrong now.

Can I ask why you are thinking of NDT and have you a printout of your current medication which I'm presuming is Levo? The reason I'm asked is that many read how well someone is doing after changing but it may that is not right for you. It's surprising how many ask like you and the problem is that they aren't on enough medication or that they aren't converting well and those should be treated first and then see if you need to change medication.

I done a post under .. please yesterday if you have time my situation is posted I rang my GP today an she said my thyroid Is fine they r not perscribing t3 anymore an only private enduros say it helps which is not the case so I'm defo not getting it again 😩

If you felt well on T3 why don't you buy T3 instead of NDT?
