I am happy to type this up if need be. Thank you for replying to me so quickly it’s made me tearful that someone has taken the time to help me. I feel so tired, I told my doctor I have to sit down when exercising or walking as I come over feint, I feel like I am walking through treacle, legs heavy and ache, recently I get out of breath just walking a short distance. I feel he thinks it’s all in my head so I keep trying to push myself to do things but it makes me feel worse, hopeless and completely useless

You copy is fine and can be read. I am not so good at blood test results and those that are will respond.

I think the GP is happy your TSH is 2.5 (within range). However, most of us feel well when it is 1 or lower and some need it to be suppressed.

I know from your other post that you are only on 50mcg of levo which is a very small dose and it is shown in your T4 result above which is at the bottom of the range. Because it is at the bottom I doubt it is sufficient to convert to T3.

It is T3 which is required in all of our receptor cells so you need your dose of levo increased. The doctor hasn't taken a Free T3 blood test and it is that which is more important than Free T4.

Both FT4 and FT3 should be nearer the upper part of the range - not bottom.
