Graves and SAD

I have suffered with SAD or winter blues for a while but this year with the graves I seem to be more lethargic more anxious and not getting much sleep. Anyone else have this combination? I know my vit d is low. How low I have no idea 🙄hospital said they would write to GP and ask for prescription to be given. Get so frustrated having to chase everything up😡

Apparently they are normal whatever that means 🙄 hopefully GP will receive a letter soon with the results

Always get actual results and ranges

B12 range for example is typically 190-680. If your result was 192 or 675 GP would say result is "normal", but when on Levo we need B12 towards top of range. Ferritin at least half way in range

Vitamin D around 100nmol (Uk units)
