I have a Tpo level of 95.5iu/ml. I have been on Levo for years but it has recently been increased due to high TSH 5.05
My TSH is now 0.3, T4 is 12.1
My symptoms are awful at the moment. With a Tpo of 95.5, could I have Hashimotos?
Regards
Sandra

I'm afraid we need the ranges. Results are meaningless without the ranges, because they change from lab to lab.
Ok,
TSH 0.31 mIU/L (0.30 - 4.80)
T4 12.2 pmol/L (7.7 - 20.6)
Tpo 95.9 mIU/L (<9.0)
In July before my increase of Levo my TSH 5.05, T4 8.5 (same refererence ranges)

Yes, you definitely have Hashi's. And, despite your low-in-range TSH, your FT4 is still too low, not even mid-range.
So, in about six weeks time, you need another test, and probably another increase in dose. Ask if you can have your FT3 tested, next time, because you might not be converting very well.
Are you taking levo? How much?
Thank you, I asked for my T3 to be done but they said they wouldn’t because they only test with hyperthyroidism. I am thinking of having a private test done (they are really unhelpful)
Yes, I’ve been on Levo for years. I was increased a month ago from 50 to 100. I want to back to my GP for an increase because my symptoms are severe at the moment.
Thank you for your help.
So you need to get private tests for FT3 and folate, B12 and ferritin if GP remains unhelpful

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results
Good vitamin levels are ESSENTIAL for good thyroid. No good guessing, they need testing. Come back with results in new post when you have the

Your very low vitamin levels in other post were most likely causing low TSH
