I am hypo and started treatmment a few months ago. I have been on 75mcg of levo for 2 weeks now, last tsh 2.34 (0.3-5.5). My basal temperature has risen from below 35 degrees to the mid 35s. During the day it slowly rises as the day goes on till it is broadly normal in the evening and then starts to fall around 9pm. I am becoming more active but have found that when I go outside and do something like mowing the lawn (sit on mower) a feel very warm and slightly sweaty, however if I take my temperature it is often down around 35 degrees and my pulse is above 100. It has been suggested to me that my adrenals may be struggling. Any ideas?

Vitamin C helps adrenals
Also looking at your nice clear profile info, you have been on high dose vitamin D.
Has it been rechecked yet?
You might find adding good vitamin B complex helps, see this link

Do you supplement magnesium as well as vitamin D? It's usually recommended to do so. See SeasideSusie replies on vitamin recommendations
If you find you really can't stand the increased dose, you could step up in smaller steps - do 6-8 weeks at 50/75 alternate days. Then increase to 75mcg daily
Thanks slowdragon, I must update my profile. l am taking 1000mg of vit c 15mg of zinc in a fizzy tablet plus I think 200mg of magnesium citrate. I have only been on high dose of vit d for 2 weeks it was at 41 it is due to be checked in 4 weeks along with tsh and t4 levels. The strange thing is my temperature is quite predictable as I outlined till I become active and or go outside my resting pulse is usually around 70 give or take.
You might just need longer on the higher dose as can take a while to sink in, when I'm on the hypo side, I sweat profusely including my palms for some reason and my skin gets very warm even though I feel very cold? Is better when medicated correctly? Is particularly worse when I haven't eaten enough or eat too much sugar/crap so possibly blood sugar levels involved which is also tied to cortisol/adrenals?
My adrenals do struggle somewhat too when low so you could maybe get a cortisol saliva test testing four times over the day if you want to look into it and you can easily test blood sugar levels with a test kit.
Thanks saggyuk, you make some good points. There are so many variables and today I have come down with a cold so perhaps its that. As I am new to all this a lot of hormones, vitamins and minerals have been added in a few months I know it will take time to adapt to the new normal. Gb.
