not sure what b12 does but ive just got d3 with k2 and started b12 spray

Has your TSH been checked recently? If your TSH is still high that means you are undermedicated and that can cause irregular heart beats.

last TSH was a while ago and is was over 3 endo wants it tested in 6 months

i might suggest it at the hospital as they will be doing lots of tests
