Now I am working at 830 I find it hard to take my NDT an hr before breakfast. How long after breakfast and before lunch should I take it please? Night time is not an option as I take other meds then.

Fixit,

You can take NDT 2 hours after breakfast or 1 hour before lunch.

What time you wake? Maybe keep it by your bed and take it as soon as you wake. Maybe by the time you get out of bed and get washed etc. An hour may have passed??
