Serum 25-Hydroxy vitamin D3 level 85 nmol/L [60.0 - 150.0]

Serum ferritin level 49 ng/mL [10.0 - 180.0]

Jaqs2017,

B12 is low-ish in range. If you have symptoms of B12 deficiency in b12deficiency.info/signs-an... go to healthunlocked.com/pasoc for advice. If not, you can raise B12 by supplementing 1,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges.

Folate is good.

VitD 85 is good but will need supplementing during Oct-Apr to maintain levels. 1,000 - 2,000iu D3 daily should be sufficient. VitD should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.

Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. You can raise ferritin by supplementing iron with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Take iron 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
