Advice latest blood result

My latest blood result, does this look ok?

I'm presently taking 75mg Levo per day.

TSH 0.505 - 0.4-4.0

T3 2.11 - 1.8-4.2

T4 1.14 - 0.8-1.9

Is that Free T4 and Free T3 or Total T4 and Total T3?

It's FT3 and FT4 and I feel ok apart from being extremely tired all the time. My iron is very very low and I have monthly iron infusions with B12. My B12 is top end now. Thanks 😄

Noticed on your profile you say you have acid reflux. This is usually due to low stomach acid

Do you take any thing for this?

Hi

I've had acid reflux for 10years. Only diagnosed with Hypothyroidism last April. I take PPI 40mg a day for it. Getting tested next week for low stomach acid though just to get it checked

I'm getting tested in 2 weeks for low stomach acid. I don't think I have Hashimotos, Endo has never mentioned it. But I can have a look at my blood test result.

It says

TPO AK <10 IU/ml

TG AK <20 IU/ml range 0-80

Negative for Hashimoto's.
