Hi there,
Ive been diagnosed with Hashimotos from 2012, and have been on a strict gluten free diet ever since. I am however beginning to question whether it truly is the be all and end all for people with hashimotos.
Is there anyone out there that is not on a fully gluten free diet with Hashimotos? how do you feel? how is your health etc?
I am missing some foods, specifically pumpernickel bread/rye bread, and Im wondering if its something I may be able to reintroduce....
