T3

My levels are very low again despite upping my T4 by 25mcg. I am wondering whether I should do another reverse T3 test as I haven't done one since March 2016 when it showed over range 0.77 (0.14-0.54 nmol/L)

As I can't seem to get my levels right for the last 18 months, I am wondering whether it's worth looking into NDT

What do you think please

Could you post you most recent results. That could help in seeing where the problem is. Don't forget the ranges as they differ from lab to lab.

Well you have antibodies so that. Plus account for inconsistent readings. I don't have them so don't know a great deal about them I'm afraid. Generally though your FT4 is higher in its range than your FT3 so you are not converting well. This is most probably down to nutritional deficiencies, you have has ferritin and folate tested and B12 but you. Wed to have vitamin D tested as well. These 4 help the Thyroid work better.

If you search for SeasideSusie's post she has excellent posts about supplementing and what level you are aiming for! This can help your conversion but it does take time for supplements to make a difference.
