We need more information please Ssa2011

We need reference ranges for your tests, if that's Total T3 it's not much use, we need FT3 result.

Are you diagnosed? Are you on any medication? What is the question you want answering?

You've not given us much to go on.

T4 4.5-12, T3 60-200, TSH 0.3 -5.5. these are reference range. Sorry my TSH levels are 1.19, I don't have any symptoms other then hair loss

TSH: 1.19 (0.3-5.5) Your TSH is towards the bottom end of it's range, which is generally a good place to be. If it was over range you'd be looking at hypothyroidism, if it was under range you'd be looking at hyperthyroidism. TSH varies during the day, what time was the test done?

T4 (assuming FreeT4): 12.4 (4.5-12) Your FT4 is just over range. If it was low in range, with an over range TSH, you'd be looking at hypothyroidism. If your TSH was below range with this over range FT4 then you would be looking at hyperthyroidism. Because your FT4 has gone over range, it would be worth keeping an eye on your levels just in case you are heading towards hyperthyroidism.

T3: 115 (60-200) This is obviously Total T3 which isn't worth testing as it doesn't really tell us anything useful, FT3 is the test required.

What has your doctor said?
