I have used these recipes. They are very good! Love the celery/parsley soup especially.
Dr. Lam's website is a treasure trove.
I think his primary and secondary hypothyroid articles are a great help for people like myself who developed thyroid problems following adrenal fatigue. I started Thorne Thyroid Cortex (Cortex does not include adrenaline) about a month ago and have found an improvement in my health. Have been taking Hypothyroid meds (ie NDT, T4 and T3 for a couple of years).
