Flu jab
I have the flu jab every year but it never effects me but then I'm hypo hopefully it will pass maybe it's just a short reaction have you had this injection before?
I never have the flu jab now, most vaccines have mercury in them to start with. Also the flu that they are trying to prevent is usually last years strain, so no good at all.
I've had it for years due to having cancer I missed it once and got an awful dose of flu was bed ridden for 6 weeks guess we're all different I work as a school secretary and if I don't get my jab I'd pay for it
It's easy to catch flu when working in a school.
I have only had the flu once when I went to the doctors surgery for a well check up and had a man coughing all over me.
We all have the choice that's what is so good living in the free world.
I've only ever had one flu jab in my life and that was the year I actually got the flu! Never again!!! I just up my daily dose of Vit C and take Vit D and K2-Mk7 and some extra zinc. Becoming much more conscious of general hygiene, especially washing hands and having wipes in the car to clean hands after handling shopping trollies etc., also helps to keep germs at bay.
The flu jab is actually one of the most dangerous, often giving people flu-like symptoms, and worse case causing disability. I have known several people feel fluey after it and totally incapacitated for several days by the symptoms. If you want the full low down I suggest you visit:

Personally I just take a large dose of Vitamin C every day. It stops me catching anything!
I had the flu jab today and no ill effects. I have Grave's plus taking Carbimazole and Thyroxin. It's the thyroid problem I'd guess not the flu jab.
