Anyone know how to use bitcoin to please? I've used moneygram previously but now they apparently are unable to verify my identity despite having all my personal details and photo of my passport!

Thanks Clutter, I have now managed to get hold of some bitcoins and have paid for my meds :-)

If only I could get appropriate treatment from my doctor, life would be so much simpler....

Bobsmydog,

How did you get hold of them?

I opened an account with blockchain to get a 'wallet' and then bought some from a trader linked to blockchain. Then once you have some in your wallet you can transfer them to someone else with a wallet!

Actually, it was all quite easy, much easier than I thought it was going to be reading up about it.
