They all look a bit low to me. I think you need a potential dose increase of both t4 and T3. You want to be in the top 1/4 of the range to be optimal
Can we have a bit of background info.
Symptoms?
Are you on thyroid hormones, if so how much & how long on this dose. When diagnosed etc
What supplements you take if any
Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's)
If you're on Thyroid replacement then this result says you need an increase
If your not, extremely unlikely to get diagnosed, though your FT4 is very low.
Was this test done early in morning and fasting?
You absolutely should not use iodine with Hashimoto's or with any thyroid condition unless tested and confirmed as low

Also we shouldn't supplement vitamin D without testing first
Also if you were taking vitamins B complex when did test ( or any supplements containing biotin, ) then test may not be correct
remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Did you have B12 and folate tested before starting B vitamins?
