Itchy skin help

Hi has anyone had a itchy skin with Hashimotos or graves and if they have have they found anything that I given up gluten soy dairy and artificial sugar but kept fruit as I am also coeliac. Any help would be appreciated

I have hashimotoes and get unbearable itchy skin on arms and legs after showering. Bathing is ok but I can't go in the shower. I use oilatum in the bath when it's bad. Don't know if it's that that helps or the fact that I soak my skin. Doctors won't test as in their words I have autoimmune difficulties so I have to expect these things. Doubt if I have helped you sorry 😟

Thankyou I try bicarbonate soda and Epsom salts in the bath and it does help a enough to get to sleep at night if I don't do this it's a real bad night

couldn't be more help only thing I can say is creams don't help me at all and I have tried loads. Antihistamine don't work for me either though I think they help some

Yes, with Graves. I think it's quite common . Carbimazole eventually brought it under control. Antihistamine had no effect (although it did work for an actual rash I had at the same time).
