Asking for my friend who's symptoms sound suspiciously like mine were when I was first diagnosed. She has had her bloods done twice and been told they are normal. I am no expert but thought her levels could be better. Be grateful if someone more knowledgeable would be kind enough to comment. Thanks in advance.
T4 - 14 (10-25)
TSH - 1.39 (0.55-4.78)

Her TSH is good but her FT4 is quite low in range. Further testing is necessary really, to get the full picture. Normal TSH with low FT4/FT3 can indicate central or secondary hypothyroidism which is where the problem lies with the pituitary or hypothalamis rather than the thyroid. She would be better getting the full thyroid/vitamin and mineral package from Blue Horizon or Medichecks to test
